LysFlow is a personal project by René van der Valk (the Netherlands). This page explains which personal data LysFlow uses, why, and what your rights are. I keep it to the minimum that the service needs.
René van der Valk is the controller for the data described here. You can reach me at hello@lysflow.art.
The live preview runs entirely in your browser. When you request a video render, the chosen settings (generator, palette, size, duration and so on) are sent to a render server run on Railway, which makes the video and offers it for download. The video file is removed from the server after 30 minutes. To keep the service fair, your IP address is used briefly to limit how many renders can be started per hour; it is not linked to a name or account. Technical logs list render settings and timing, without an email address. Railway may process this data outside the EU, based on the safeguards its terms provide.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sources (for example Instagram or YouTube) people come from. According to Cloudflare this does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. LysFlow does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a usable format. Email me and I will answer within a month. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Enter the email address you signed up with. It is deleted straight away. For privacy reasons this page always shows the same confirmation, whether or not the address was on the list.
If this statement changes in a way that matters, I will update the date above. For changes to how the waitlist uses your data, I will ask for your consent again.
